I went there with my 10-year-old cousin, and they provided care for ear pain, infections, and even the removal of foreign objects, so it felt like a comprehensive ear health service.
The doctors were also very gentle and patient with my cousin, using safe methods like irrigation and manual techniques along with proper medical tools.
Plus, they explained everything very clearly, which made him feel calm and comfortable. I also appreciated that the clinic is open 24/7, so we didn’t need to schedule the visit around a busy day.
The only downside is that their prices are a little higher than those of other clinics in Bali that I’ve tried. Some people might find them less budget-friendly if they’re just looking for a quick, simple earwax removal.
