I’m usually fine with minor cracks added to my device now and then. But one day, I dropped my phone very hard, and it shattered in a way I can’t ignore anymore.
Worried, I asked fellow cyclists where they fix their gadgets fast. I initially made a long list, but I eventually narrowed it down to these handy phone repair services in Bali. Here’s our shortlist.

Owned and operated by PT Orion Solusi Digital, this company has grown from a small local workshop to one of Bali’s most trusted mobile and tablet repair shops.
They provide full inspections and repair screens, batteries, and water damage. And for many clients we spoke with, their strength lies in quick iPhone and Android repairs using aftermarket or original parts to fit smaller budgets.
In addition, their pricing is competitive when compared to official services like Samsung’s higher costs in Bali.
The crew’s after-sales support seems strong too, as they still typically reply quickly to calls and messages even days or weeks after the fix.
But currently, their physical shop is under renovation (as of early 2026). Still, we appreciate that their technicians offer home service, which helps many tourists and locals avoid unnecessary back-and-forth trips.

This shop opened in Seminyak in 2017 and added an Ubud branch, but the Seminyak branch is more popular with tourists.
You can drop off your gadget here and then wait, or pick it up on the same day. A client raved about receiving clear, timely updates, which gave her peace of mind.
If you want to give them a go, their screen replacements cost around IDR 500,000 to IDR 1,500,000, while battery services cost around IDR 200,000 to IDR 400,000. These rates hit the upper end for Bali because they prioritize original-quality parts and tools.
Still, they seem competitive enough with 12-month battery warranties vs. others’ 30-day norms. Additionally, it’s handy that they offer free diagnostics—whether or not you choose to have them repair your device.

They’ve been around since 2020, repairing iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs. We noticed that this company has a high Instagram following too (over 132,000), which could mean trust from repeat customers.
Typical fixes here cost around IDR 400,000 to IDR 1,800,000, which are still well within the standard Bali rates for Apple specialists. We also recommend keeping an eye out for their special promos for gadgets and accessories.
Just one thing, though—a former client told us about a staff member here who tried a tad too hard to upsell her an item.
