Rajawali Parquet Bali is a solid pick if you want premium, practical hardwood floors in Bali’s tropical setting. Their Denpasar-based team handles every stage in-house, from timber cutting and kiln drying to sanding, coating, and final installation.
We especially liked that they have a physical showroom with installed floor patterns. We got to walk across real herringbone and chevron layouts, which helped us picture them in an actual home.
They are also very upfront about timber sources, offering locally harvested options like Sonokeling and imported Teak and Merbau.
Just a heads-up: the base price of IDR 650,000/m² can jump significantly depending on your preferred wood type, pattern complexity, and finish. Also, since they don’t publish pricing online, getting a clear estimate takes a few steps.

Kaltimber has earned its name as Bali’s go-to for genuine reclaimed Ulin hardwood, salvaged from old boats, bridges, and warehouses in Kalimantan.
One thing to know beforehand is that they don’t handle installation, so you’ll need to hire a separate crew familiar with solid hardwood and its 3-day acclimatisation period. We also found the lack of bundled installation a hassle if you’re after an all-in-one service.
But we love how they preserve Ulin’s dense, aged character while offering customised finishes. The craftsmanship at their Denpasar factory, which has 27 skilled woodworkers, is solid. They even mill tongue-and-groove or shiplap profiles to order.
We were also impressed by their reforestation promise. They replant 50 Ulin trees per 950 m² sold and now partner with NGOs to grow other native species. Even their offcuts and sawdust are repurposed through side projects, so nothing feels wasted.
Another unexpected plus is their price-match guarantee and a 5% discount if you find certified reclaimed wood cheaper elsewhere.

Their focus on sustainability isn’t just lip service. They entirely avoid newly felled Ulin and lean into local craftsmanship with full in-house processing.
We like that the team handles everything from salvaging to final finishing, offering surface options like an ultra-smooth finish. In fact, you’ll also get reclaimed materials with serious character, which comes with rich patina and natural weathering.
Their reclaimed Ulin is as solid as it gets for patio spaces, easily resisting termites and rot. For lower upkeep and cost, their WPC decking—a wood-plastic mix—works well in wet areas and budget builds.
We genuinely appreciate the versatility of their timber. It’s not just for decking but also for indoor floors, furniture, columns, and even beams.
On the downside, though: availability can be hit-or-miss, especially for bigger orders of reclaimed Ulin.

They are a local branch of a Jakarta-based supplier, and their Bali showroom is at Jl. Hayam Wuruk feels like a design warehouse with everything laid out for easy mix-and-match.
We appreciate the flexibility of the range, whether you’re outfitting a villa lobby or revamping a home office. They offer textured loop pile, hotel-style carpet rolls, and SPC vinyl flooring that’s waterproof and available in planks or tiles with a matte wood finish.
What really caught our attention was their DIY-friendly carpet tile system. 50 × 50 cm swatches that you can lift, rotate, or replace without tools.
Additionally, the wood-look bamboo tiles and natural-fibre rugs, made from banana fibre or seagrass, provided a refreshing alternative to the traditional bulky hardwood aesthetics.
One thing to watch out for is that their flooring lines, especially the vinyl and laminated planks, aren’t made from real hardwood.

House of Roman is the Denpasar flagship showroom of Roman Granit, a top-tier Indonesian tile brand with over 35 years of experience in global exports.
They cater mostly to Bali’s hospitality and villa sectors, offering curated porcelain, ceramic, and SPC floor and wall tiles. They also offer marble-look slabs, glossy stone-effect finishes, and even 120×60 cm tiles that dramatically reduce grout lines.
What stood out was their Design Corner, where you can mock up your bathroom, kitchen, or hallway before buying anything. The staff walked us through sample installs and offered 3D simulations.
Their porcelain tiles are seriously durable, ISO B1a, and <0.5% water absorption. Most collections are scratch-resistant and low-maintenance, perfect for Bali’s humid conditions.
However, keep in mind that they don’t include installation. You’ll need to factor in separate costs for labour, adhesive, and subfloor prep.
Still, we honestly left the showroom feeling inspired. It’s rare to find such high-end visuals with this level of support and detail.
