The 5 Best Indoor Playgrounds in Bali That’ll Keep Your Tiny Tornadoes Entertained (And Safe)
As the artsy aunt, I was left with my nieces for the weekend. My sister trusts that I would keep them happy and safe.
The thing is, I take babysitting seriously. I wanted a creative space that didn’t feel generic. At the same time, I don’t want the kids out of my sight—not after my previous mistake.
Back then, I let them explore freely at a small local cafe play corner. That was a big no-no from now on, considering that they actually bumped into a table and spilled everything. It was messy, but I’m beyond relieved no one got hurt.
This time, I spent hours researching the best Bali indoor playgrounds, offering both safe and fun things to do. If you’re an art-minded guardian like me, your kids might enjoy these too.
How much do indoor playgrounds charge in Bali?
Indoor playgrounds in Bali typically charge between IDR 85,000 and IDR 300,000 per child. This depends on the location, time of visit, duration, guardian fees, and required extras (e.g., grip socks).
1. Pangolin Kids Club

Business Hours:

Pangolin Kids Club offers a massive 1,000m² indoor and outdoor playground in Uluwatu. They’re noted as one of the biggest facilities in the area with supervised play and an on-site cafe.
They have many unique features, such as a 12-meter climbing tower, a sensory ball pool, and a music room. If the kids want more fun, we like that there are role-play areas made from eco-friendly materials too.
The staff also focuses on sensory integration and daily structured programs, including Balinese crafting, traditional dance, and treasure hunts. I think this sets them apart from basic play areas by blending play with cultural learning for ages 0 to 14.
Pricing here varies by weekday vs. weekend or holiday, and by package, starting at IDR 280,000 on weekdays (or IDR 300,000 on weekends and holidays) for a 1 Child + 1 Adult Day Pass.
I also appreciate that there’s a 15% discount for KITAS or KITAP holders—temporary and permanent stay permits for foreigners, respectively.
This range is standard to slightly higher for Bali’s premium indoor playgrounds in tourist areas like Uluwatu, where basic options are cheaper but smaller.
However, this playground operates on a walk-in basis only, with no advance booking during peak times, which risks overcrowding.
A fantastic place for kids
“We were very impressed with the wide variety of entertainment and activities the centre offers – it can easily keep a child happily engaged for hours. The cleanliness is impeccable, and everything is clearly very well maintained. A fantastic place for kids!”

2. Kids SoHo Playground

Business Hours:
- Mon-Fri: 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
- Sat-Sun: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm
As Bali’s first edu play spot in Sanur, Kids SoHo Playground focuses on safe, specialized early learning for expat and local families.
They blend education and play through partnerships like First Bridge Montessori, Taekwondo, Ballet Royal, and modeling school.
As for the facility, this 339 sqm² innovative play space opened in 2022 by Prami Pratiwi, who’s also the co-founder and managing director. She has 20 years of PR and hospitality experience, including roles at the Ritz-Carlton Bali and Bali Zoo.
Fees begin at IDR 110,000 for 3 hours on weekdays, and IDR 130,000 for 3 hours on weekends. If you’re willing to spend extra, there are regular and member fees for unlimited use too. I love that this range is quite affordable and the standard for city indoor spots.
Moreover, their recent expansions include new tenants like Fun Mandarin and The Fingers Music Course, as well as daily Bubbly Splash events. The way I see it, this underscores their emphasis on holistic child development through expert partners.
Not only that, but their cafe is also pretty popular with families. A large glass window lets parents watch their kids at play while they unwind with ease.
Just one thing, though—a parent I spoke with mentioned some safety gaps at the slides and ball pit. Her kid bumped into the others because there weren’t enough barriers around.
Good prices and friendly, attentive staff
“Excellent indoor playground! Our 1.5 year old loves it here. We can easily spend 3 hours playing. Activities for a lot of different ages/abilities. Good prices and friendly, attentive staff. The toys and playground is very clean. Socks included in the price for the child, but adults must bring their own or buy some for 15.000. Dress as light as possible as it gets hot! – the AC unit pumps hot air up at the top of the slides. Unsure of staff are aware of this (has been like this for a month).”

My favorite play area for children
“This is a favorite play area for children. The attached cafe not only offers a kids’ menu, but you can also rent out the back room for birthday parties. There are monitors in the cafe so you can keep an eye on what’s happening in the play area at all times. ◎ Adults, don’t forget to bring socks!”

3. Mai Main

Contact Details:

Business Hours:
- Daily: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
Mai Main delivers a spacious indoor playground with trampolines, climbing walls, ball pits, and roleplay zones. They even have sensory rooms and parent lounges—larger and more complete than most Canggu rivals.
Opened in 2022, their flagship location stands out for the variety of activities they have for ages 2 to 12.
In addition to full indoor play access, they offer bounce zones, arts and crafts sessions, birthday parties, and a cafe with kids’ meals. I like that this space even boasts recent additions like VR gaming and cooking classes.
Entry starts at IDR 190,000 per child on weekdays and IDR 295,000 on weekends for unlimited play. These are pretty standard for Canggu’s premium indoor spots.
But of course, this can be more expensive than basic local parks. Socks are mandatory here too, so it’s wise to bring your own to save money.
Plus, remember that there are limited toddler-only hours here midweek, since they cater more to the older kids.
Clean, safe, and well-designed for children
“Great kids playground! Clean, safe, and well-designed for children to play freely and creatively. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the facilities are well maintained. Perfect place for kids to have fun while parents can relax. Highly recommended for families!”

Such a perfect family spot

4. Waka Waka

Address: Jl. Arjuna No.88X, Legian, Kec. Kuta, Kabupaten Badung
Contact Details:
- +62 361 737400
- [email protected]
Business Hours:
- Daily: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
If you’re looking for something unique, Waka Waka features an underwater-themed indoor playground with ocean ball pits, climbing structures, and interactive zones for ages 9 months to 12 years old.
Since 2023, this space has been part of the Singapore-based Waka Waka chain, which is strongest in immersive ocean play and blends fun with learning.
They’re located inside FuramaXclusive Ocean Beach Seminyak hotel—a fun and unique integration that I reckon some competitors lack. You can get unlimited indoor play access across ocean-themed zones, including ball pools, tunnels, and climbing nets.
The fees go around IDR 100,000 to 155,000 per child, though exact rates vary by age and package. This aligns with many indoor playgrounds in Kuta or Legian near tourist hotels.
However, a few clients I interviewed shared that it can be cold here with the heavy AC. Kids will need to wear jackets and sweaters even in the heat of Bali. Otherwise, they’ll likely shiver after an hour.
And because of the height limit of up to 125 cm, I believe some older siblings might have to sit this one out.
Solid indoor playground for children
“Solid indoor playground for children. Our boys enjoyed their visit. The staff also very patient and friendly. Recommended for a hot day and the kids need a break”
-Jamie Pierre, Google Review
Small, but surprisingly a fantastic playground for the kids
“Fantastic playground for the kids, its small but surprisingly has a lot to do for them. A cheap meal can also be included in the ticket price.”

5. Clip ‘n Climb Bali

Address: Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai, Sanur Kauh, Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar
Contact Details:
- +62 811 3828 1111
- [email protected]
Business Hours:
- Daily: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm
Clip ‘n Climb Bali is this island province’s first official Clip ‘n Climb—they have over 360 worldwide! Launched in 2024 in Sanur, they’re known for their vertical challenges for ages 4 and above, as well as recent soft-opening expansions.
This place has 25 unique 9-meter walls, more than 90 routes, augmented reality climbing, and fun walls. For me, this is far more variety than standard playground slides or trampolines.
Additionally, the team believes everyone can climb, so they place a strong emphasis on safety-first gear. They have auto-belay EP (easy pull) walls and growth through fun, so I think most beginners can solo safely.
Sessions here cost around IDR 130,000 to IDR 350,000 for an unlimited experience. This depends on age, residency status, and the day (weekdays or weekends/holidays).
These rates are on the premium side for specialized climbing compared to standard Bali playgrounds. Still, I appreciate that their family packages and event deals can help you save.
Everyone was super helpful
“My daughter and me just spent an amazing morning at clip n climb. Everyone was super helpful and we got clear explanations on how to climb safely. Will definitely be back with the family soon again :-)”
