What struck me about 23 Bar Bali is how naturally they elevate an event without making it feel staged or overdone. I’ve seen mobile bars that look impressive but feel impersonal. But this isn’t the case with 23 Bar Bali.
You can rent portable bars, and their drinks go well beyond standard cocktails. They serve slushies in a range of flavors, along with mocktail menus. You can also add a champagne or wine tower as a visual centerpiece.
The cocktail selection includes classics such as mojitos, basil smashes, and cosmopolitans.
I actually tried their dragonfruit mojito, and it was refreshing. Lightly tart, subtly sweet, and the fresh mint balanced all the flavors perfectly.
On top of that, 23 Bar Bali also offers cocktail-making classes. It’s an interactive, social event that brings people together and gives you a chance to create your own flavors based on your favorites.
The only minor caveat is that they don’t handle full alcohol licensing or alcohol procurement. Hosts need to organize that separately if they want a completely hands-off setup.

I’ve seen a lot of mobile bars, but Bali Chef Hire really stood out. A friend recently booked their Cocktail Party Package, and I got a front-row view of just how smoothly everything came together.
Their Cocktail Party Package includes 3 hours of service, and you can also add a chef’s menu for food alongside your drinks. For bigger events, I’d suggest the Free Flow Bar Packages.
The Free Flow Bar offers a variety of options, including beer & wine, spirits, and cocktails. This gives everyone a wide range of drinks to choose from.
Organizing an event is also easier thanks to their website. It shows prices, provides an easy booking link, and estimates prep time based on your event size.
I also love that they put a strong focus on keeping guests entertained. They offer magicians, DJs, and fire dancers/breathers, among many others. They even have a caricature artist, whom my friend hired.
However, they stated that they don’t provide any alcohol. You’ll have to source them out yourself or buy from their online alcohol store.

“I organised my 60th birthday cocktail party at a villa in Sanur, to say the experience was sensational was an understatement.
The staff arrived early to set up, the cocktail party started at 5pm, the food was being organised to come out around 6.30pm.
The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble, the food was sensational, I ordered some different platters.
The cocktail party was booked from 5-9pm but we were having so much fun we asked them to extend it for another hour which they did at a cost, that I was happy to pay.
I also organised balloons through the company which looked great.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough, the manager was excellent and the communication throughout the whole process was brilliant.

“We had the team cater to our group of 8 last night for my wife’s 50th birthday.., we had the surf and turf with lobster added, the food was to die for ! They also catered for gluten free as my daughter is celiac , the entire menu was GF even freshly made bread and it was incredible you couldn’t tell at all that it was gf.., we had Ayu as organiser and host she was fantastic, Adi our barman was awesome the cocktails were the best I’ve had .., also the fire dancers were amazing working around our pool area in between the rain.,, top notch service I couldn’t recommend them highly enough”
