As a bank, I appreciate that clients have the freedom to choose their properties, unlike with traditional brokers. Additionally, their interest rates are competitive, which vary depending on the property chosen.
The loans themselves have a maximum loan-to-value of 80% of the collateral’s appraisal value. For properties under CCB Indonesia, this reaches up to 95%, as long as clients are willing to provide a 5% payment.
They even offer other loans here, like commercial and consumer loans for locals and foreigners.
