“I went for the comprehensive Jade Health Package and was very satisfied. This is a much better hospital than Siloam or BIMC although they are OK. BIH is set up for medical tourism and is the first hospital in Indonesia with foreign doctors on staff. Indonesian doctors are fine but this has always been a problem that they don’t have international expertise in the hospitals to improve information sharing and techniques. The process was very good, professional and complete. I couldn’t even get an answer for a health package from Siloam. BIH is responsive, helpful, and the prices are great. I usually fly to Bumungrad in Thailand. BIH has hired staff from Bumungrad which is a great sign. Most modern facilities I’ve seen in Bali. Most competent staff.”
