Paramount Pest Control Bali came highly recommended by a Canggu café owner, so we gave them a try for our bedroom a year ago.
We were a bit disappointed at first, as the team arrived late and mentioned they had gotten lost finding our place. It turns out that a few past clients have experienced the same thing.
But that quickly changed because they were very thorough in explaining the entire process. Their professionalism and attention to detail instantly reassured us that we had made the right decision.
Their standard treatment is a great option for smaller to medium-sized houses. The session took under an hour, and we were impressed because there were no weird smells and no residue.
We also appreciated that their team regularly provides ongoing professional training, like integrated pest management (IPM) and safety protocols.

What we like most about Pestermite is their high-tech approach. They utilize moisture meters, thermal scanners, and drones to inspect even the most challenging-to-reach areas, which I believe is not a service offered by all pest control services.
The process is also simple: their team maps out the infestation, provides detailed diagrams, and explains what is happening behind the walls and ceilings.
We also appreciate their free surveys, 3- and 5-year warranties depending on the treatment, and eco-friendly services as they use environmentally friendly chemicals.
They also don’t focus solely on termite control; they handle ants, wasps, and mosquitoes, utilizing methods such as fumigation, misting, and baiting.
However, they may not be the best option for cockroaches because they can become resistant to generic chemicals.
Yet again, remember that a service company with high demand can be challenging to schedule appointments with. A friend informed us they waited for 4 days to get their house inspected.

But, of course, they’re more than that. In fact, based on our experience, their booking process was easy. Technicians arrived on time, fully suited with safety gear.
